Normally that is Greater Rifts of a level that you can clear in under 5 minutes. Edit: You could play in a party and someone would most likely drop one if they get one. p750 HC - 3 gifts & 22 embers. Make the cost 5 million gold or what ever you think is fair. Also make it only available at 70. Para 900. Got 11 in stash and probably given about 10 away. Play with people.
