I was at my grandparents’ house watching Cartoon Network at night- I didn’t ever watch it except for there so I have only seen this one time. It was late and when the cartoon was over the screen showed this psychedelic black and white owl for several seconds and then said “goodnight” in a male voice and switched entirely off.
