I have had both at my house and Xfinity had random outages frequently and inconsistent speeds. Pricing is also usually obvious (at least for our area). Sonic direct fiber starts at $39.99/month with no promotion. The resold service from AT&T goes for $69.99. I never found out but I ended up using Sonics pricing to negotiate a better deal from ATT after calling.My neighbors (multiple) have AT&T fiber and it went out in the middle of the Superbowl. The non promo pricing for the gig plan for comcast was around $110 the last time I have had them. Add $25/mo to that to get rid of the cap. $135 total. I pay less than $81/mo for the ATT Gigabit fiber plan. Non promo price..
